I found it worked great for me but she slowly drifted away from it. My system worked great when in OneNote and there's only you or maybe you plus a partner that uses the same shared OneNote file on her phone. Simply goto the grocery and buy the items you have that are unchecked. As you look down your list, it creates an unchecked open for you to find easily on your next shopping list. When you use the list of the item from your cupboard, uncheck the item in your list. Keep the boxes checked when you buy something. Once you have the list created, continue to add onto it with your food items. Ok my note I listed individual food items under each section and with check boxes in front of the items They think through their title carefully and it becomes very easy later to do your shopping when you know exactly what aisle to find your favorite foods).
